Currently we can ship our products only in Italy. Shipping costs are € 6 and delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days.
Shipments are free of charge over € 30.00.

If you have not registered on romansays.com, you can directly access the Orders section by entering your e-mail address and order code, which can be found in the purchase confirmation email.
In addition to shipping times, consider 1-2 business days to process your order. Every order placed after 3 pm will be processed starting from the following day.
During the period of sales or promotions, these times may be longer.
When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail from our shipping partner containing the tracking number.
To make a return, you have up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. As long as the package does not reach our headquarters, the customer is responsible for the goods contained in it, for this reason we recommend the use of a traceable and insured shipping system.
At the moment we do not have the possibility to manage the changes automatically.
To change an item, you will need to carry out the return procedure and place a new order with the item of the desired size or color.
Right of Withdrawal
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging) in accordance with the following conditions:
for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, seals, etc.);
for returns, the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer;
the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the indicated warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Rome is More will notify the Customer to allow him to file a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Rome is More will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the shipment for the return.
In any case, the Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Rome is More ascertains that:
the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging and / or original internal packaging;
the product lacks any integral elements and / or accessories.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Rome is More will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
The reimbursement times can range from 3 to 12 working days from the moment we receive the goods that you have returned to us in stock. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase.
If the purchase was made using a discount code, the discount amount will not be refunded. The reimbursement will be relative only to the amount actually spent.
