Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS
Once we get your order, the processing times vary from 24 to 48 hours of the following working days.
Once prepared, your order will be shipped via BRT Courier and you will be notified by email of the shipment.
The courier makes the deliveries of the orders in < / span> 2-10 working days , Monday to Friday depending on the delivery location.
The tracking will be sent directly via email at the time of order fulfillment to allow you to check its status by our Courier.
During sales or promotion periods, processing and shipping times may increase.
MY ORDER HAS NOT COME YET
The expected delivery date has already passed but your order hasn’t arrived yet?
Before contacting us make sure you have:
- Track the progress of your package using the link that was sent to you with the shipping confirmation email.
- Logged in and checked that the delivery address and your contact information are correct. In particular, make sure that the name on the intercom (if different from yours) is shown on the delivery address;
- Checked if the courier left a notice of passage. Your order may be at the courier’s depot ready to be picked up or the courier may be waiting to be contacted to arrange the delivery;
- Asked your neighbors if they picked up the package in your name.
If you still haven’t found your package, please contact our Customer Service.
HAS MY ORDER ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED?
If the status of your order is “in progress” it means that we are still preparing your purchases for shipment.
All orders are sent with a traceable shipping service and, after shipment, we will send you a confirmation email containing the link to track the progress of your package.
You can also track your orders by logging into the “My Account” section. Once logged in, click on “My Orders” and then on “Track order” to access the tracking page.
If the expected delivery date has already passed and you have not yet received your package, contact us by clicking here .
Troubles with your order
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN ORDER?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change an order once payment has been made.
I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT
If you have received the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience.
You can contact us here and we will solve the problem.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
It is not possible to cancel your order as we prepare the goods immediately after your confirmation via the website.
If you change your mind, you can return the items after they have been received. For more information see the section Returns & amp; Shipping .
Payment, promotions and gift vouchers
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
For greater protection of the customer and his purchase, all payments are managed through PayPal and can be made via:
– PAYPAL ACCOUNT
– CREDIT CARD, if you don’t have a PayPal account
- PayPal : Once you have chosen PayPal, you will be redirected to the page where you will need to enter your PayPal account login details.
- Credit Card: You can pay on the PayPal platform with your card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Payments are protected by SSL certificate through the PayPal payment gateway.
I HAVE RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL CODE. HOW CAN I USE IT?
On the ‘Cart’ page you will find a special space at the bottom left where you can enter the discount code to apply to your order.
